RoboStaffer is a staffing decision-support pilot operated for invited business users. Use it only for company information you are authorized to provide.
Your responsibility for decisions
AI can propose incomplete or inaccurate assumptions. Review activities, evidence, coverage, costs and uncertainty before relying on a plan. Estimates are not guarantees of savings, staffing sufficiency or tool performance. You retain responsibility for employment, procurement and implementation decisions.
Access and collaboration
Use your own invited corporate Google account. Share plan editing or report access only with authorized, allowlisted colleagues. Reports are frozen revisions; feedback and approvals happen outside the app. Downloaded copies cannot be recalled.
Pilot availability
Features may change and AI generation may be paused or limited. Saved-data compatibility is a release requirement. Backup and restoration targets are operational objectives, not uninterrupted-service guarantees. The pilot is not a substitute for your own business records.
Support and company agreements
Contact your consulting engagement owner for help, export, deletion or questions about applicable company agreements. Existing signed engagement agreements continue to govern the engagement. These terms do not represent a legal-compliance certification.
